We strive to stay active on all of our communications channels, including Facebook.  The target audience has shifted in the last few years, making Facebook a great channel for reaching recent retirees and busy Moms (two of our key 211 audiences).  This section contains artwork and text that can be copied and shared out via your Facebook networks.


Talk about 211 in 140 characters or less?  A challenge, for sure, but not impossible.  This section contains Twitter images that are sized for sharing, plus a list of proposed Tweets for a variety of audiences or occasions.  Follow us, and don’t forget to add #Dial211 to your tweets so we can track mentions.

Media Releases

In this section, you will find a few examples of Ontario 211 media releases, as well as some of the regional releases and templates.  United Ways have a wonderful relationship with local media, and we encourage you to share ideas in the Discussion Board for local pitches.
